Kuvera Partners, the owner and operator of the Hollywood Wax Museum, engaged Weber Group to design and build thematic overlays for several key projects at their original West Hollywood location. These included a vibrant new candy store and gift shop, a reimagined, dynamic lobby for the wax museum, a unique lobby space for an exciting 5D theater attraction, as well as a new lobby for the historic Hollywood Theater across the street, now featuring a haunted attraction and mirror maze.

As creative director, I collaborated closely with the client and our design team to develop the concept and branding for these projects. Special recognition goes to one of Weber Group’s designers who led the design initiative. My responsibilities encompassed coordinating and overseeing multiple external vendors alongside our internal teams to rejuvenate this iconic destination on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. I also provided direction and hands-on assistance to our installation team during the on-site implementation.
